Integral Audiology is a local, private hearing clinic owned and operated by Dr. Eileen Clark. Dr. Clark has a genuine passion for people, and she chose the field of audiology as it allowed her to help others in a meaningful way. After practicing for many years, she decided to open her own clinic in July 2025, right here in Cornelius. She wanted to provide patients with honest care and be able to take the time to truly listen to their needs.
Now, Integral Audiology is grateful to serve the people of the greater Lake Norman area with their hearing healthcare.

“Hi, I’m Eileen — the audiologist behind Integral Audiology.
I started this practice to offer a more personal, thoughtful approach to hearing care. From day one, my goal has been to create a space where patients feel listened to, respected, and genuinely cared for.
My journey into audiology began at Central Michigan University. I was drawn to the field because it blends the challenge of an ever-changing field with human connection, helping people stay engaged with their loved ones and the world around them. Since beginning my career, I have been driven by a desire to offer the highest quality of care. Over the years as I have learned and grown professionally, I have recognized that hearing and communication are not merely clinical concerns but essential components of living a fulfilled life. This commitment has become a cornerstone of my professional philosophy.
Whether you’re exploring hearing aids for the first time, managing tinnitus, or just want honest answers about your hearing health, I’m here to support you every step of the way.”

“Hi! I’m Erica, the Patient Care Coordinator here at Integral Audiology!
I strive to create a welcoming environment and provide great customer service to every patient who calls or walks through our door. In addition to managing the front desk and administrative needs of the office, I will be your first point of contact for any questions you may have, schedule appointments, and collect insurance information.
I have worked in healthcare administration for over a decade, with experience in pharmaceuticals, oncology, and mental health. Audiology has been the perfect fit for my background and interests. I attended UNCC and received a Bachelor of Arts in Communication Studies (Health Concentration) and a minor in Gerontology. I’ve experienced firsthand how crucial hearing health is and feel privileged to help support patients in their hearing journey.
Outside of work, I enjoy being cozy at home with my husband, two children and our dog – who is spoiled enough to count as a third child! My other interests include spending time outdoors, searching for a new book at the library, learning to crochet, and baking new dessert recipes.”
