Hearing Test + Hearing Aid Consultation (120 minutes)This visit includes a complete diagnostic hearing test and a detailed review of your results. We will discuss how your hearing may be affecting everyday communication and develop personalized recommendations and a plan of care based on your communication needs, lifestyle, and goals. Hearing Test Only (30 minutes)A baseline hearing test. Tinnitus Consultation (120 minutes)This visit is for individuals experiencing ringing or other sounds in the ears. We will complete appropriate diagnostic testing, review how tinnitus is affecting you, and develop personalized recommendations and a plan of care based on your symptoms and goals. Hearing Aid Check (30 minutes)This appointment is designed for established hearing aid patients who need device adjustments, troubleshooting, or a professional cleaning. We will assess device performance, clean and inspect the hearing aids, and review your listening experiences to determine if programming changes are needed to improve clarity and comfort. If additional service or repair is recommended, those options will be discussed during the visit. Custom Earmolds (30 minutes)This visit is for individuals interested in custom ear protection or specialty ear devices. We will review your needs, take precise ear impressions, and discuss appropriate options such as musician plugs, swim molds, sleep plugs, or custom hearing protection.

If you are a musician ordering in-ear monitors, we can take impressions and provide them to you to send directly to your selected manufacturer. Earwax Removal (30 minutes)This appointment is for individuals experiencing earwax buildup. We will examine the ears and safely remove wax using appropriate clinical techniques. If additional evaluation is needed, recommendations will be discussed during your visit.
