What to Expect

When you visit our hearing center, you will never feel rushed. We take the time to educate patients about their hearing health, so they can make informed decisions. You can expect your first appointment to follow these steps.

Conversation:

We’ll begin with a conversation to better understand your needs and health history.

Ear Exam:

Using an otoscope, we’ll look inside your ears to ensure they are healthy and free of any impacted earwax.

Hearing Test:

The hearing test is simple. You’ll sit in a soundproof booth with headphones on and listen for a series of sounds that vary in pitch, volume, and frequency. We perform other tests as necessary.

Discussion of Results:

We’ll go over your results (audiogram) together and answer any questions you may have. If you have an aidable hearing loss we’ll show you some hearing aids and discuss your options.

Integral Audiology is a preferred hearing care provider for the NFL Players Association’s Professional Athletes Foundation. Through this partnership, the PAF aims to bring better hearing to former professional athletes and their fans across the nation.
